| Description | The rule of general jurisdiction used in the Brussels Convention was virtually unchanged reproduced in the Regulation Brussels I tRegulation and the Regulation Brusel Ibis. That does not mean that developments in its case stagnated. Over time there has been a shift in its case because of the Court of Justice's jurisprudence which some of the general concepts and legal institutes clarified or excluded. Because of this, the issue of general jurisdiction under the Regulation Brussels Ibis is one of the interesting topics that are worth researching. |
