| Description | The main topic of this text is public notice of the decision as sanction in the criminal law of legal persons. The article analyses the regulation of this institute in the Czech criminal law and compares it to the institute of public notice of the decision according to the Czech code of civil procedure and to the loss of honorary titles and awards and the loss of military rank in the criminal law of natural persons. It also compares the Czech regulation of this institute to the regulations effective in France and Poland. |
