| Description | This contribution is focused on the specific connection between the drug delicts and the traffic offences which are solved within the merits of endangerment under the influence of drugs in § 274 criminal code. Given statement and proving of this criminal conducting are nowadays highly discussed issues mainly from the view of the praxis. The author approaches to this topic from the view of actual law regulation along with decisional practice of the higher courts and the possibilities how to pursue the offenders including the specifics of criminal proceedings of described criminal actions. |
