| Description | The submitted post-conference journal presents papers featured at the workshop “OFF-PREMISES CONTRACTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION IN LAW AND PRAXIS”, held at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic on November 19, 2014, and dedicated to finding a legal solution for protecting especially threatened groups of consumers in the CR. The aim of the workshop held within the framework of fulfilling the project “Socio-legal aspects of protecting especially threatened groups of consumers” was to compare the legisla - tion and practice in the CR with those in neighboring EU Member States (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria and Germany), and to develop a profes - sional legal discussion on protection of threatened groups of consumers, which could be implemented by both private law and public law. |
