| Description | Within the principles of criminal proceedings there is a specific group of principles that are traditionally associated with evidence. These principles apply in preparatory proceedings as well. In this chapter the author deals with impacts of these principles on actions of bodies responsible for penal proceedings, specifics of their application during this stage of criminal proceedings and possible excep-tions from application of these principles. |
