| Description | The aim of this contribution was to present results of measurement of binding constant using two different methods: capillary electrophoresis - frontal analysis (CE-FA) and isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). These methods were used to determine the binding parameters, such as constants and number of binding sites, of the model systems (albumin - drugs). These results were compared. |
