Description | The Austrian legislator fundamentally changed from 1. 1. 2014 the system of administrative review of administrative decisions. Newly almost completely appeal procedure dropped out and review of administrative decisions and review functions were transferred to the administrative courts. My contribution will focus on the pros and cons of this change. The contribution will be especially aimed at potential inspiration for the Czech Republic and other European countries in terms of increasing the efficiency of the whole system of issuing the administrative decisions and the effectiveness of protection of public subjective rights of the participants. |
