| Description | Salivary tumors of the parotid gland represent a heterogeneous group of tumors exhibiting distinct histological and biological variability. Parotid gland is the most common sites of salivary tumors and represents approximately 80-85% of these tumors, of which about 75% of the tumors are benign and 25% malignant. |
