| Description | The article presents a comprehensive overview of research areas in the field of tourism policy. Its aim is to evaluate the development and changes in tourism policy research and characterize actual topics. The main research material for the formation of the overview of main research directions are the scientific articles that were found in the archives of foreign journals dealing with tourism. During processing the articles the methods of comparison and analysis were applied. Subsequently, the sample of 50 selected articles was analysed and the research themes in tourism policy were identified. For the purpose of the research, five categorization classes to which articles were categorized according to their specialization were formed. |
