| Description | Busulfan and treosulfan are strong alkylating agents with significant antitumor myeloablative and immunosupresive potential. Both these preparations are integral consolidation treatment of high-risk pediatric solid tumors, particularly neuroblastoma (NBL) and Ewing's sarcoma (ES) either at the time of primary therapy as well as in the treatment of relapse of these diseases. |
