| Description | The subject of the paper is the question of automated patents translation. It emphasizes a new method of translation of patent documents made by European Patent Office. The paper is searching for suitable ways of use of the translations, especially in a case if there is a collision between the general language of patent attorneys and the language of scientists. The conclusion of the paper relies on assumption that the statistical method jointly with probabilities principles represents the key for successful model of quality automated translation. However, this procedure could be applied only after human can freely clarify and interpret relations between particular expressions and word groups. |
