| Description | In the Czech Republic financial control and internal management of public administration is regulated by Act no. 320/2001 Coll., on financial control, as amended. This Act has been in force for thirteen years and has undergone a period of eighteen novels, but rather technical. Past efforts to revise the Act have not yet been successful, the author of the article will focus on the latest draft law on internal management and control, which had replaced the existing Act from 1st 2016. The author will introduce a new concept of financial management of public administration. |
