| Description | The text shows the historical development of the legal regulation of neighbours relations, especially the possible disturbing actions that business activities might include. Among others, it emphasizes the fact that some of the disturbing actions which imply restriction of the exercise of the owner´s rights for the benefit of their neighbours not only interefere with the private interests of the other owners but they also do with the public interest. And that this is mostly the case of business activities as their disturbing effects are usually both massive and constant. |
