| Description | In my paper I will provide a structural analysis of Aeschylos´ Oresteia in order to intorduce a new insight to the field of legal equality. I will analyze this ancient drama from the legal prospective as a form of generative narrative legitimizing the authority of law both in the ancient culture and today. The main emphasis will be laid on the interconnection between legal science, Law and Literature and theatrical studies. |
