| Description | This text is trying for clarity to collision of the selected basic principles of criminal process law, namely of the speedy criminal process principle and of the „objective truth“ principle, with paradoxical impacts. Article comments present situation, it means theoretical and criminal practice too. Contribution points out the necesity to respect this selected principles of criminal process law in the practice of judiciary and prosecuting authorities, and in the case of its coillision. Conclusion: this paradoxical collision must be equalized in the form to aplication of (purposefulness) speedy criminal process principle within of legality principle. |
