| Description | The issues of child s right of participation is not new. It has its own importance in the Czech and European practise of courts. The importance of commentated decision arises from the relative newness of the topic and also from the art. 867 and 907 of Czech Civil Code. It is also focused on the context of investigation of child s opinion and point of views as one of the group of the conditions of a decision in merit. |
