| Description | This chapter is focused on the possibility of electronic documents and proving of evidence contained therein. It will address the current legal status and legal practice, which is currently realized at work with means of proof. The chapter also offers some possible solutions de lege ferenda, which would allow use of advanced tools for securing evidence. These tools would guarantee high quality and credibility of the evidence obtained, and allow use of hidden information that documents usually include. There is also discussion on possibility of a public certification of such instruments for the purposes of criminal proceedings. |
