| Description | The paper deals with legal regulation of telework in the Republic of Poland. It focuses on legal definitions of telework and teleworker contained in the article 67(5) of the Polish Labour Code and on other relevant regulations on the subject – employment and working conditions rules, health and safety rules, rules for the commencement of work in the form of telework etc. The aim of the paper is to acquaint Czech experts with the legal regulation of telework in Poland and thus to contribute to the debate about development of legislation in this area in Czech Republic. |
