Description The presentation provides an overview of over a ten year experience of incorporating videoconferencing technology in courses of English for lawyers at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. The author mentions opportunities for students which lie in creation and exploitation of multicultural videoconferencing environment, authenticity of communication, improvement of understanding and oral as well as production, practice in soft skills, and she quotes from students´ feedbacks about their worries and achievements. Upon the teacher´s evaluation as well as students feedback some more general advice is shared.
