| Description | The book deals with selected questions of social law of the Czech republic. It introduces the notion of social law and its system. Afterwards, it analyses particular fields regulated by the social law icluding the right to education, regulation of employment, family policy, social insurance, care of disabled and support of disadvanteged, minorities and socially excluded. |
