| Description | Presented paper describes the conceptual basics of mapping symbology for geographic support of emergency management. Symbology structure, levels of details, and standardised description of individual symbols is presented based on existing national and international standards and cartographic best practices. The use of proposed symbology will be documented by the preliminary results conducted during the integrated rescue system exercise ZONE 2015. |
