Description The authors clarify the importance of the role of members of the statutory board of legal entity against which the criminal proceedings is conducted. The primary exposé is focused on general position of board members within legal entity. Then, based on this fundamental knowledge, the authors engage in specifics derived from the position of statutory board member in criminal proceedings as a co-accused, a witness or a person entitled to act in criminal proceedings on behalf of legal entity and their implications at the position of legal entity against which the criminal proceedings is conducted and point out their conclusions. The authors put emphasis on usability of evidence gathered through these persons in relation to criminal act of legal entity.
