| Description | The objective of a submitted contribution is to outline the issue of public prosecutor´s liability that comes into consideration in connection with carrying out his tasks in the criminal proceedings. After demonstration of the most significant competences and obligations of the public prosecutor´s office the authors think about the consequencies of their violation whereas they emphasize an area of administrative and criminal law. They pay partial attention also to a question of eventual influence of public prosecutor´s liability regarding an intended strengthening of his discretion in the criminal proceedings as a result of prepared recodification of criminal procedural law. |
