| Description | The legal regulation of cohabitation in the Czech Republic is very brief. It is focused only on some situations in which it is objectively necessary to protect some legal interests. The issues of common living of unmarried couples are not the exemption. The main aim of this article is to analyse to present legal regulation, especially act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, to describe all legal titles of common living and to state whether the present legal regulation in the sphere of protection is sufficient or not. |
