| Description | There are different traditions of understanding human rights. In my contribution, basing my arguments predominantly on Harvard Law Professor Mary Ann Glendon´s analysis, I argue that dignitarian conception of human rights is superior to an individualistic interpretation of this basic concept of contemporary constitutional democracies. |
