| Description | The book first analyzes the relationship between equality and protection of a weaker party in B2B-relations as compared with other private law situations. External both normative and individual interventions into the entrepreneural freedom in situations of information asymmetry, unequal bargaining position and economic dependence are adressed as well. Special attention is devoted to the food retail sector in national and international context. Satus-based viewpoint is considered to be unsatisfactory. It might cause distortion of normal market conditions and in the upshot harming the consumers. General and specific interpretative possibilities are inquired and rational and well balanced solutions are suggested. |
