| Description | This contribution is focused on development of the legislation of finding archaeological finds. Latest technological development led to noticeable increase of illegal searching for archaeological finds. The current legislation and practice in Czech Republic wasn't able to respond accordingly to this situation. The aim of this contribution is to describe the devel-opment and the main problems and also to compare it to the situation in Slovakia and to try to find a solution. |
