Description In this paper, we introduce a new modification of the half-linear Prüfer angle. Applying this modification, we investigate the conditional oscillation of half-linear second order differential equations. We present conditions on the coefficients of these equations which guarantee that the studied equations behave like the Euler equation, which is conditionally oscillatory.
