• Description: The aim of the pilot study was to analyze three single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the VDR gene in healthy controls and patients with nonerosive reflux disease (NERD), reflux esophagitis (RE), Barrett's esophagus (BE) and esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) in the Czech population.
