| Description | The main question in the article is how the Sudeten German Homeland Association tried to gain influence on individual Sudeten Germans. The analysis will be based on the example of the homeland press of Germans from Sternberg in Moravia. This sort of periodicals is specific for their informational, social and associational function. Sudeten German homeland press has also been a platform for the sharing of collective memories and getting collective Sudeten German identity. Thanks to this functions we can reveal, how similar associations disseminated their influence. |
