Description The paper deals with a detailed definition of the individual criteria defining particularly vulnerable consumer under Article 5, paragraph 3 of Directive 2005/29 and § 4 paragraph 2 Consumer Protection Act - specifically weakness, age and gullibility. The paper presents the first detailed and comprehensive analysis of these criteria.
