| Description | Publication explain detailed interpretation about czech legal history from the oldest history. First part is devoted to feudal state and law. Main accent is set on development modern state mechanism and system of law after 1848. Detailed are describe problematic of constitutional history, history of public administration and justice. In sequence to interpretation about development of state is decribed development of individual branches of law, apparent to civil law and criminal law. Whole interpretation about state theory is built-in to wide frame political and economical history. |
