Description This article display few of the most important changes in the Czech commercial code and its impact onto the development of the Czech limited liability companies. The main focus of this article is to argument the non-necessity of the authorised capital in the height of 200 000 CZK (approx. 7400 EUR) as the factor discouraging the modern start-up companies to develop and shows the utilisation of lower authorised capital share in years 2014 and 2015. Article is part of first introductory research plan aimed toward searching of factors influencing and discouraging development of SME, especially micro companies in the start-up phase.
