| Description | The article contains an overview of possible exemptions in selected regulations (legal acts) of environmental law and building law. Firstly, in the general section of this article, there is identified the general background of the exemptions as a specific tool for the protection of the environment, with an emphasis on forms of publishing. Subsequently, attention is paid to the institute of the exemption in the selected regulations of environmental law and building law, with an emphasis on current issues in the development of legislation, doctrinal views, and the relevant case law of administrative courts in this field. In the area of environmental law, for the purposes of this article, there are listed the exemptions contained in the Act on Nature and Landscape protection, the Forest Code, and the exemptions linked to the protection of public health. |
