| Description | As the main domain of current society, the Internet also plays its significant role in the realm of drug and criminal policy. In her article, the author focuses on the virtual online world as a new phenomenon, through which traditional criminal activities are committed, and points out problems, which may arise during the detection, examination and investigation of this criminal activity for bodies active in criminal proceedings. More specifically, she focuses on the environment of the so-called deep web, where tort activities occur related to the spreading of toxicomania, and the so-called darknet, the space, where narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances are secretly traded. |
