| Description | The aim of this methodics is to have the use of a tool to improve protection of migration corridors of birds and bats and to reduce their mortality and disruption of relevant important ecological structures in the landscape. The document provides background for early identification and preliminary assessment of possible effects of certain activities in relation to bird and bat migration in the landscape. A comprehensive methodics of monitoring and evaluation of signifikance of bird and bat migration corridors was not available prior this project. This methodics and related maps provide new mainstay in this area where the end user will obtain a clear information whether his activity is potentially threatening in relation to the migrations and where the appropiate information can be obtained in order to further assess the risk. |
