| Description | Food-Based Dietary Guidelines give an indication of what a person should be eating and provide a basic framework to use when planning meals or daily menus. In various parts of the world they are depicted Food-Based Dietary Guidelines in different forms: for example, in France it is the ship, China Pagoda, a rainbow in Canada and the UK plate. Pyramid employs in its dietary guidelines except the Czech Republic, also a large part of Europe. |
