| Description | Sweet's syndrome (SS) belongs to the group of neutrophilic dermatoses, and together with pyoderma gangraenosum, is the classic representative of the group. This syndrome has wide etiological spectrum. We report a patient with histopathologically verified, rare, bullous type of Sweet's syndrome, which had been triggered most probably by bowel infection. Systemic corticosteroid therapy together with intensive local therapy caused regression of all clinical signs within 3 months. |
