Description Basis: within the project Influence of Practical Functions on Physiological Motion, we try to use rehabilitation as prevention against impairment progress of these functions in as early age as possible. Significant disorder of motor coordination in children is termed as dyspraxia or developmental coordination disorder (DCD). Group and methods: The essence is to familiarize with the state of psychomotor development of paediatric population to 2-3 years old in Czech Republic and worldwide, that will also form the group of probands. The group of children will undergo psychomotor development testing and objective assessment of support functions as a key aspect of human motor functions. Tests of psychomotr development fot the age group of children to adolescents up to the age of 16 can be modified in succession to this part. Conclusions: Mainly standardised tests and questionnaires are used for DCD assessment for scientific purposes. However, you cannot rely only on their results. Therefore we propose to supplement these examinations with objective assessment of quality of support base of toddlets and this way to move the diagnostics to the age of 1 year.
