Description Karel Englis College Brno created an Opposition Assessment of the Study of the Influence of Hard Gambling on Crime. The study was drafted by the Janeček billionaire fund and the Naši politici team. At the same time, Karel Janeček made money by playing with the sale and purchase of financial derivatives, when his profit was the loss of others. The objective of the opponent's assessment was whether the Janeček Fund and Our Politicians are using the outputs that are trying to influence political decision-making and are presented as professional, truly professional and scientific approaches. The opponent's assessment of the Janeček Fund study found that the study is written in a tendency to convincing the unacceptability of gambling regardless of the veracity and truthfulness of its claims. The study does not respond to the Gambling Act adopted in 2016. The study overlooks basic criminological findings, in particular the trend of the decline in crime in 2015 and the accumulation of several criminogenic factors that lead to crime.
