Description Most of the International Investment Agreements contain two dispute resolution clauses: State-to-State arbitration and Investor-to-State arbitration. This paper is focused on the purpose of this dualism and its interpretative consequences. Specially attention is given to the role of State-to-State Arbitration Tribunals in interpretation of International Investment Agreements.
