| Description | Among the plethora of factors influencing an all-societal development in the last two decades, the terrorism seems to be one of the most important. Its impact are thus notably projected also to the form of the security policy of states in the broadest sense possible, therefore to the field of the criminal law too. It can be said that this phenomenon has considerably struck the development of both its subsystems, i.e. substantive and procedural criminal law, more or less in at the same extent. This paper focuses on how has terrorism influenced the form of criminal procedural law in the last decade and a half. |
