Description Primary-immunodeficiencies are heterogeneous group of diseases, susceptibility to severe and complicated infectious diseases dominates in the clinical manifestation. The basic diagnostic tests - full blood count and determination of serum IgC; IgA, and IgM levels are available to almost any physician. Further diagnostics tests fall to the competence of specialized and highly specialized laboratories. The most severe forms of primary immunodeficiencies are usually treatable by causal, but still relatively risky treatment -transplantationofhematopoieticcells; genetransductionis in the stage of clinical research. Immunoglobulin replacement therapy is used as the most frequent substitution treatment.
