| Description | Breach of the obligation set out in generally binding ordinance of municipality issued in independent competence, is the misdemeanour according to current Act No. 200/1990 Coll., on Misdemeanours, as well it will be from 1 7th 2017, the effective date of the new regulation misdemeanors law Act No. 250/2016 Coll., on liability for misdemeanors and proceedings on them, respectively Act No. 251/2016 Coll., on certain misdemeanors. The paper deals with the municipal authority as an administrative body responsible for misdemeanor proceedings, and selected, mainly with procedural issues listed offenses against the order in local government, with attention focused on the changes in the new legislation. |
