| Description | The aim of the analysis is to identify the problems of coordination and control of social services by the City of Brno and to propose a measure for increasing the efficiency of their management. The analysis also includes a review of criteria and evaluation information to support conceptual decision-making. To achieve these goals, we've taken the following steps: 1. Description and meta-analysis of the social services organization in Brno. We have analyzed various concepts explaining organizational failures in the performance of social services. We have evaluated these theories according to what types of factors they consider to be decisive for organizational performance in the provision of social services.3. We have created criteria for evaluating the organization and management of social services. In assessing an existing organization of social services, we considered more evaluation considerations, such as professional quality of service, economic efficiency, as well as the social and political efficiency of social services measures. |
