| Description | An analysis of the fundamental issues of constitutional law from the perspective of the literary scientific works of František Weyr. His approach was based on the background of pure theory of law. The study examines as well the evolution of the opinions of Weyr in the field of constitutional law and his influence on the development of constitutional law of Czechoslovakia in the years 1918-1948 and its relevance for contemporary constitutional law in the Czech Republic. |
