Description Aim of the presented study is to find out, why novice teachers leaver their profession (leavers), school (movers) and whay they stay at current school. Research questions were defined as follows: How novice teachers perceive institutional, interactive and cultural level of their teaching practice and which role do they play by descission about their future career? As research intrument used quetionare own construction. Research sample consists of 122 teachers from Czech republic with maxiumum 3 yars of teaching experiences. Results show differences between stayers, movers and leavers in preceiving of above mentioned levels: As significant appeared differences between stayres and movers in perceiving institutional level (movers were negatively). Leavers differed from stayers partially in perceiving of institutional level (colleagues and school direction) and cultural level. That leavers are negatively positioned is underlined by the fact, that they mentioned salary and context as reason for leaving the profession. For movers was the reason for leaving school colleagues and school direction. In the presentation will be also prediction models that enalble deeper understanding of professiional intention of novice teachers.
