Description The advent of the newborn is a relatively large and well-visible organ. It reaches 1/3 of the size of the kidney, unlike an accomplished individual, where the size of the adrenal gland is 1/13 in the size of his kidney. A bigger problem occurs when the pathological process is detected in the neonatal adrenal gland, because the correct finding of the finding is important for the therapeutic approach. Basic ultrasound examinations include ultrasound examination, accessibility, speed, non-invasiveness, possibility of repetition and comparison of the finding, possibility of using Doppler color mapping (16). Diagnosis is not always simple, often not a one-time examination, but regular monitoring of the finding, supplemented by blood tests, or CT scanning, magnetic resonance, scintigraphy. The authors try to show the possibility of diagnosing the pathology of the neonatal adrenal gland with the focus on the two most common pathologies - bleeding and neuroblastoma. Both pathological findings are documented by short case reports
