Description Creative activity could be undertaken by different groups of clients. It could support their self-realisation in visual arts, but also follow other goals, such as educational help to socially disadvantaged groups. As support of these groups, there is a subject Special Art Education, a subject founded and developed at Pedagogical Faculty of Masaryk University, Brno. We develop this field, as we do believe in humanity and creative potential in every individual. We organised, documented and researched project of Special Art Education from 2010 to 2015. Projects included very different groups: Roma children, children from youth detention centres, people with physical handicaps, seniors and also refugees from asylum camps. Following our research, we could define principles how support creative activities, and also prove benefits of such a support. We proved, that not only we could discover un-developed creative potential of individual, but also further use creativity for education and learning, even in compulsory education (research – 2016).
