| Description | The increasing importance of communication, in current globalising world, with the members of other than one´s own linguistic and cultural frameworks increases the requirements for language education. The topic of developing intercultural communicative competence has become the focus of contemporary pedagogical theory, practice and research. The poster introduces developing intercultural communicative competence through teaching writing in English. Moreover, it briefly summarises existing research studies and their conclusions. The aim of the poster is both to introduce the contemporary status of knowledge in the presented area, as well as to identify new challenges for further research of developing intercultural communicative competence (through teaching writing). |
